Step 1: Resume Creation - The resume is one way that we get an interview.
1. A resume is a living document. It should change with the jobs for which you apply.
2. Your resume outlines your personal and professional abilities and qualifications, and it should give an employer a realistic picture of you, but is also a tool to get you an interview.
3. If an employer looks at a resume and has to ask any of these questions: Who, What, When, Where, Why and How, your resume is not complete enough.
4. Your resume also needs to be tailored to the job you are seeking. Don’t rely on a “generic” resume to do the job.
You will do many things with this resume:
· Submit it via mail, email, web, fax, in person, with application for open jobs and to companies
· Take it with you to interviews
